The kids playroom
My children's playroom is in need of serious help!! It is hard to organize because there isn't really any containers to put things in. It's crazy, everything is just setting in the floor because we only have a couple of boxes and no shelves for things. My darling husband decided he wanted to paint it. He started it but hasn't gone back in the room in about a month. I finally got tired of all their toys setting in my hall , so I just started tossing it back in the room. So now it looks like this....

In this one you can see were he started painting. This is as far as he got .....*sigh*.

Two words, baby: YARD SALE! Or just one word: Shelving. :)

Either way, you can do it! *sound of cheering* Just grab a margarita (or three) and plow on through there...

One of the best things I heard at a recent MOPS meeting about home decor was to consider your storage items (baskets, containers, etc) as investments, part of your "look" for a room. Now, don't go telling your hubby I said go spend a lot on containers, but definitely don't feel bad for investing in some good ones for those toys!

Oh I love all your encouraging comments! Thanks for joining in the challenge! Can you do a closet organizer in the closet? If you don't need to hang clothes in that closet you could also make it all shelves. Then store the toys in baskets sorting them "like with like". Hope that is helpful.

Good luck! Email anytime!
