Domestic Darlings

I am so excited! I have been hunting for a reasonably priced attractive apron for awhile now. Through another blog I frequent I came across an ad for Domestic Darlings. They have the cutest aprons! I ordered one (with matching head band), and it came today. Not only are they affordable, their customer service was great also. Check them out! Here is my in the one I ordered, unfortunately you can't see the matching headband in the photo :o(.

Coming up for air!

October has come and gone in a big blur. This has been a very busy month for us. Between my brother getting married and family coming in to visit, I feel like this is the first time I have sat down! I am looking forward to things settling back down this week and getting back in my old routine (just in time for the holiday rush to start ;o).

I admit it, I am a sucker for free things, who isn't? Sure sometimes I have to fill out surveys or receive a little junk mail in order to get it. It's all worth it in the end, when I feel like I have somehow "cheated the system" by getting things I didn't have to pay for. Here is one site with a plethora of free samples and deals Today's Freebies. Also, Freecycle is a site where people in you area are trying to get rid of the things they don't want anymore (one mans trash is another mans treasure). The women on CafeMom at Deals & Steals always have a ton of resources for finding great deals, a good thing about this site, is you get to hear others opinions about the sites and what they have to offer.
